The issue we must decide in this appeal is whether the protections afforded by the Confrontation Clause, as recently interpreted in Crawford v. Washington, 541 U.S. 36 (2004), apply at pretrial suppression hearings. For reasons that follow, we conclude they do not. No reversible error having been shown, we affirm the trial courts judgment.
